Full Job Description

  • Manage and upsell to a portfolio of existing clients.

  • Regularly conduct client update calls/meetings.

  • Document client interactions using our CRM system.

  • Proactively address and resolve client issues.

  • Collaborate with the team for lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Share insights and knowledge with other Account Managers.

  • Understand market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscapes.

  • Contribute client feedback for product development.

    If you have 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the IT sector, we want you!,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Account management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Sales Account Executives & Managers: 3 years (preferred)

    PDQ are growing rapidly and as a result we are now expanding our Account Management team and require another Account Manager to be based at our HQ in Billericay office., PDQ are a Solutions Provider specialising in delivering exceptional IT Solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, mainly in the SME and non-profit arena, is searching for a skilled communicator, adept at presentations, and with a positive attitude. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in an independent work environment.   • Role insight:

    As an Account Manager at Tech Solutions Provider, you will:
  • Be the primary contact for a portfolio of SME and non-profit clients.

  • Deep understanding of their services and clients businesses to develop trust and rapport.

  • Focus on increasing client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

  • Actively seek new business opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation to deal closure.

  • Work with our team to meet and exceed business revenue targets.
