9779 - 37.5 hour Pharmaceutical Production Operative Team Leader - Permanent Contract

We are looking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Production Operative Team Leader to work 37.5 hours at our Hub branch located within our Head Office, based at Lynstock House, Lynstock Way, Lostock, Bolton BL6 4SA.

The proposed shift pattern would be as follows:

Monday to Friday

14:00 to 22:00 (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)

This vacancy is on a permanent basis, however is conditional upon successfully completing a 3 month probationary period.

This position is ideally suited to someone with pharmacy and/or production experience who has the skills to lead, manage and develop a team.

The key responsibilities are:

Lead, manage and develop a team to ensure the operation runs efficiently and effectively.
Supporting new starters into the business, completing their induction, conducting probationary reviews and support on an ongoing basis.
Promote the culture of a first class customer service to both internal and external customers.
Provision of key data for the Production Manager.
Support the teams managing the robots to ensure that their KPI's are met.
Compliance with SOP's to ensure patient safety at all times.
Prompt escalation of mechanical and software issues.

To be successful in this role you will need good communication skills along with a desire to learn and progress in our business. Training will be provided.
