Full Job Description

Arla Foods are looking for a SAP Stock Controller to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, and support with the system transition as we onboard a new dairy in Pembrokeshire. You will work hybrid from our Leeds head office, on a Wednesday to Sunday shift pattern.,

  • Maintain and manage transactional process to ensure timely, and accurate availability of stocks records activities and related.

  • Ensure all transactional records are accurate from Customer Order, Replenishment, Adjustment, Picking through to Despatch are accurate, and validated.

  • Assist with and advise on the implementation of necessary reports/systems/forums to manage the location effectively

  • Maintain stock reconciliation records by location and utilise both SAP and Offline systems to maintain control of activity

  • Develop 3rd party control systems that ensure transparency of activities and support local and central planning

  • Act as first line support for 3rd party locations with regards to SAP related transactions

  • Develop and maintain 3rd party Stock management SLA

  • Liaise with 3rd party and central planning to optimise available storage space to support delivery of DA and waste targets

  • Provide key analysis to improve, develop and maintain 3rd party Stock management SLA operational and transactional efficiency, service delivery and wastage reduction.

    Are you a SAP Specialist looking to create impact in the UKs biggest dairy cooperative? Do you have experience working in a high paced FMCG or Warehouse business? Are you good with numbers and process improvement focussed?, We are looking for someone with strong experience in an FMCG or Warehouse background

  • Experience replenishment planning concepts and supply chain systems and activities

  • This role will require someone to be numerate, analytical and a great problem solver.

  • SAP experience is essential (ideally EWM PS1) for this role, we would also consider any other Warehouse Management Systems.

  • This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is a change leader who has a continuous improvement focus.

  • You will be joining a thriving Logistics and Outbound team, so strong collaboration skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
