Workshop Controller

As the workshop controller you will play a key role in ensuring that the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be assigned a team of technicians and will be responsible for controlling and coordinating their activities, ensure productivity is maximised and the highest quality of work is carried out at all times.

To be considered for this role the candidate will have previous experience of working within the Motor Trade. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management role.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance, people management and excellent communication skills. This is a fast past environment so the ideal candidate must be good under pressure and be able to multi-task. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
