Full Job Description
- Travel daily or when required - valid full UK drivers' licence required
- Occasional travel overseas for business and training
- Strongly networked in the UK welding industry
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to self-manage & quickly assess priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Project management skills
- Create technical quotations & conclude price negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Able to confidently convey product benefits & cost advantages to customers
- Confidence in hosting high profile customer demonstrations and open day events
- Manage customer data in CRM data base and utilise analytics in pursing sales avenues
- Demonstrate professionalism in working with customers
- Familiarity with complex welding systems
- Practical and theoretical understanding of arc welding
- Confidence in creating technical & sales proposals
- Welding certifications eg; European Welding Specialist (EWS) would be an advantage
- Fluency in German language advantageous
- Willingness to learn corporate specific and welding application software, Welding Technical Sales: 1 year (required)
