Full Job Description

As a Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Volvo Truck dealerships across the UK and Ireland. You will work through a queue of claims, cross-referencing with other teams and information sources to complete the claims. Utilizing one's investigatory skills, you will delve into the resources available to determine the accuracy of the claim and to identify any anomalies present.,

  • You will primarily handle business-to-business claims, managing communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.

  • Assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary.

  • Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.

  • Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports

  • Collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.

  • Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.

    Experience within an administration role (preferably within the motor industry- not essential)

  • Microsoft Office skills- Office 365

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability for lateral thinking.

  • Effective communication skills at all professional levels.

  • Proficient in meeting tight deadlines and working systematically.
