Warehouse Operative - AM Shift

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. in morley fAs a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, managing inventory through a warehouse management system, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. this will involve heavy lifting

shifts 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers using appropriate equipment

- Operate forklifts and other machinery to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse

- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels, locations, and movements

- Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory counts

- Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss

- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments

- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus

- Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery such as forklifts is beneficial

Skills:

- Proficient in using warehouse management systems or similar software

- Strong materials handling abilities

- Attention to detail for quality control purposes

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse,

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
