Full Job Description

Our Warehouse & Service Operatives are responsible for assisting with all warehouse and service related activities for the Company. The successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager and support our customer service and sales team with prompt order fulfilment as required. This full time role offers the opportunity to learn all the elements of our busy warehouse function including the service and repair of our highly successful product range.

Requirements of Role including equipment operated & systems used

· Goods In processes including unloading containers/deliveries, checking quantities, palletising, labelling & putting away

· Carrying out light assembly instructions and machine modifications

· Order picking, checking, packing and dispatch including pallet collations and arranging collections

· General warehouse duties including loading/unloading delivery vehicles, stock counts & housekeeping

· Ad-hoc tasks

Key Performance Objectives

· Ensuring safe working practice at all times

· Efficient and timely unloading and storage of goods-in

· Efficient and timely assembly and modification of products to required standards

· Efficient, timely & accurate fulfilment of customer orders

· Efficient and timely servicing and repair of products to required standards

· Accurate stock control and quality checks as required

· High levels of service and support for all concerned (stakeholders)

· Experience of light assembly or production of electrical/mechanical parts and equipment (preferred)

· Experience of service & repair of vacuums, pressure washers, generators or similar light electrical/mechanical equipment (preferred)

· Warehouse operations - goods-in, goods-out, stock control, quality control (advantage)

· Counterbalance fork lift driving licence (advantage)
