Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in handling various tasks within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, operating a forklift, and ensuring efficient handling of materials.,

• Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, and safely store them in designated warehouse locations.


• Utilise picking lists to locate items within the warehouse, pick them accurately, and securely pack for shipment.


• Operate machinery such as forklift trucks to load and unload goods from delivery vehicles or storage areas.


• Conduct regular stock checks, update inventory records, and maintain accurate stock levels to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.


• Report on any quality issues to ensure that only high-quality products are dispatched to customers.


• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.


• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.


• Work closely with colleagues to achieve the delivered in full on time (DIFOT) company standard.
