Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and energetic videographer/photographer, with experience in people photography.

In this role you will travel to our educational settings in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire capturing a range of photographic and video content. You will cover not only our schools and nurseries, but our wider commercial activities as well, such as day camps and summer schools. There is potential for this role to expand to other locations within the group.

You will need to be able to produce high-quality photographs and video, and edit content daily for use in a variety of ways by our marketing teams.

You will need to be able to stay abreast of photography and videography trends, particularly regarding social media.

Experience in photographing children and sport is an advantage. You should be confident and happy to visit new locations within the group and ensure 'your subjects' are comfortable, to allow for high quality content to be produced.

Your position will sit within the group's central marketing team, where you will be working in a tight-knit team collaborating on elements of branding and strategy as they deliver campaigns across the group.

Your time will be split between filming on location at our schools, working in the Corsham office, and working from home.

Hours & Salary

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, but flexibility is key to this role and regular weekend and evening work will be required (typically one evening/weekend day each week).

This is a full time, permanent role.

Salary: £30,000

  • 5% employer pension

  • EV scheme with Octopus

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Means tested staff discount

  • Free lunch if working in one of our schools

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays per annum

  • Access to the group's counselling scheme

  • Access to fully funded apprenticeships, up to L7

  • Discretionary Christmas stand down, for non teaching staff

  • Flexible working patterns, with remote/hybrid working available

  • More information can be found in the Candidate Pack.
