Vehicle Assembly

Creating parts for vehicle construction, making exterior vehicle panels, making and fitting doors including ironmongery, making various furniture packs to be installed in our vehicles.

Welfare Unit Refurbishment Technician:

- skills needed for this role include general DIY, basic carpentry, minor plumbing & minor electrical tasks.

Vehicle Construction:

- working on a variety of vehicles using hand tools to manufacture the products from chassis prep. to finishing.

Sealer/Finishing:

- Sealing the external and internal components of vehicles in our range using silicone sealer, ensuring a precise & tidy finish.

Experience with hand tools such as drills, grinders, sealant guns, jigsaws, chop saws and table saws is highly desirable.

Training:

At the Trek Group we take our employee development very seriously. All new employees will spend a period of time within our specially designed Training Bays and be mentored by a senior member of our production team. You will be taught all aspects of your role, shown the way we need tasks to be completed in order that all our products are produced to our standards. We will also provide relevant specialist subject training where applicable to ensure that the latest industry developments are incorporated into our products. We also encourage our employees to undertake external certified training where relevant to their job.

• Experience within a similar role, but if you have hand tool/manufacturing experience we'd like to hear from you.

Candidates must be willing to work some overtime to meet the Company's needs.

Please note that we are based on the outskirts of Stocksbridge, S36 with limited public transport so own transport is required.
