Full Job Description

The treasury function supports the following activities for all brands in the WSH group:

  • Cashflow forecasting

  • Daily Liquidity Management and Payments

  • Debt management

  • Banking and facilities management

  • Treasury Operations and Insurance

  • Treasury transformation projects


  • Reporting into the Senior Treasury Manager, key accountabilities of the role:
  • Daily Liquidity Management and Payments: ensuring cash is in the right place at the right time to facilitate the group's operations

  • Online payment administration and HSBC purchasing cards

  • Setup direct debits and other banking requirements

  • Weekly payroll confirmations to the payroll team

  • Performance bonds

  • KYC requirements from banks, lenders, and providers

  • Banking operations including bank mandates and opening/closing of accounts

  • Users (Investors) for rating access in Intralinks

  • Group insurance.

    What we require from you:

  • Educated to degree level

  • Basic finance and accounting knowledge

  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel

  • Numerical proficiency

  • Aspiration to work towards treasury/accountancy qualification.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Works well under pressure, has the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • Have the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
