Full Job Description

We're looking for a Transcreation Account Manager (TAM) to support one of our longest standing client relationships. This well-loved brand in the food and beverage sector keeps going from strength-to-strength, and we need a highly motivated and organized TAM to help us localise and adapt broadcast, digital, social, and print content across the EMEA region. Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Handling all aspects of client projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with all brand guidelines and processes

  • Serving as day-to-day contact for agency / client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments

  • Coordinating between language services, production, clients, and agency stakeholders

  • Identifying appropriate language talent within Hogarth's talent pool and project managing on time, accurate, and effective translations

  • Using translation technologyto streamline processes for increased efficiency

  • Highlighting and escalating quality control issues

  • Leading small-medium complexity projects independently and supporting the Senior Transcreation Account Manager and Senior Account Managers with large and complex projects

  • Supporting financial tasks including the creation of accurate cost estimates, adhering to agreed budgets and scopes, and financial reporting and billing

    Previous experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role highly desirable

  • Transcreation, translation or localisationexperience highly desirable

  • Strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactive

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure

  • Clear understanding of international brand challengesand working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders

  • Experience with CAT/MT, project management, and / or workflow tools highly beneficial

  • Fluent oral and written English; fluent in an additional European language is a plus
