TEST ANALYST (Software Tester)

Undertakes IT Project - testing of software, systems , software errors
- Identifying source of problems and proposes solutions and software designs
- Develops, implements and documents test plans for IT software, systems
- Develops software quality standards and validation techniques
- Make recommendations to uplift the software quality
- Experience with Salesforce tool
- Experience in Salesforce projects environment
- Expertise in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, Javascript, AJAX, SQL, SOAP-based web services, Apex, or SOQL
- Testing data migration experience
- Hands on SQL queriing skils
- Experience with API tools like Postman and Ready API
- Familiarity of CRM tools like SAP-CRM,Siebel CRM,Microsoft AIX Dynamics
