Technical Oversight: Supervise all technical aspects of UK and US based projects, ensuring weekly deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Meeting Coordination: Attend and coordinate synchronisation meetings and other key hand-off discussions to maintain continuous project flow across a 24-hour operational window including UK, US and Australia.

Communication: Prevent communication breakdowns within the project teams and maintain robust communication channels across all customer interactions in both the UK and US time zones.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any technical impediments that affect service delivery, applying innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks and issues, devising pre-emptive strategies to mitigate potential setbacks.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring they are regularly updated on project status and outcomes.

Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of the architecture and implementation of data migration solutions, training will focus on our proprietary data migration toolset - DM REVOLVE.

Project Oversight: Ability to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the status of all projects, including detailed knowledge of discrete objects and their status within our 15-stage data migration process.

Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects successfully.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals, including project teams and clients across the UK and US territories.

Innovation: Demonstrated ability to find and implement innovative solutions to resolve problems effectively and efficiently., Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar managerial role in a tech-focused environment.

Strong background in technical project management, with a preference for candidates holding PMP or similar certifications.

Ability to work flexibly across different time zones., IT project management: 6 years (required)

ETL - Data Migration: 4 years (required)
