Full Job Description

GBUK has recently introduced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated System Administrator to join our Head Office team near Selby.

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of our Dynamics BC environment and coordinate the development of this critical business infrastructure, providing on-site expertise to add value and facilitate business growth.

Assisting with Phase 2 (including Dynamics CRM), UAT, training, support and then identifying ongoing opportunities for development. This broad role offers a unique opportunity to be responsible for an ERP system that will ensure millions of medical devices enhance patient care.

The role would suit an experienced Dynamics Business Central User, who is keen to develop their system administration skills in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

· D365 BC system administration as the Group's principal 'Super User'

· Proactive development of D365 BC processes

· User support & training to all departments

· Help to identify system upgrade and development to improve capability, efficiency and reliability

· Working alongside the Project & IT teams to deliver Dynamics improvements

· Proactive implementation & review of appropriate documentation

· Proactive implementation & review of appropriate documentation

· Three years of experience working daily with D365 Business Central / NAV

· D365 BC /NAV System Administrator or system wide Super User experience

Desirable

· D365 BC implementation experience or other systems development experience

· Project management and qualifications

· Medical device / ISO 13485 experience

Key skills required for the role include:

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Ability to work with all levels of staff

· Proactive self-starter focused on system improvement
