Full Job Description
- Oversee a team of up to 5, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Support the team to meet its objectives, SLAs and required standards of customer service
- Work in partnership with management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support the departments performance
- Support the development and continuous improvement of systems, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and using effective change management
- Partner with senior management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions, At least the cost of living pay increase every year
- Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10
- £750 net of tax to refer friends and family

- Proven experience of managing and developing a team
