Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bike-lover, who has a passion for social media and cares about delivering content. The role is fast-paced and varied; you will be expected to bring creativity and organisation in equal measure each day.
Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring social channels and engaging with our community through stories, comments, DMs
- Organising the content calendar, and working with the wider marketing team to create incredible content
- Scheduling posts across all channels
- Monitoring social analytics to measure posts and campaign effectiveness
- Charging the growth of our social media channels, aligning with wider business marketing and brand strategies
- Providing social media insights to wider marketing team - including post/campaign effectiveness, follower progression, and competitor/ industry analysis
- Staying on top of digital marketing trends and technologies
Experienced in social media marketing, with a focus Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
- Highly organised and diligent
- A real love of social media
- A good communicator with engaging writing skills
- A working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator)
- Analytical, with experience of using spreadsheets to analyse data
- A keen cyclist, with an extensive knowledge of cycling brands - if you described yourself as a 'dot watcher' that would be even better
- You 'live' the Tailfin brand - interested in adventuring and bikepacking regularly
- Sociable and team player, with an enthusiastic and positive mentality, Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must speak English fluently
- Driving license is desirable
- Must be based in Bristol. The role will be office-based most of the week.,

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
