Full Job Description

Directly responsible for the line management of:

Posting and monitoring engagement on the Social Media accounts in conjunction with any post you do: Instagram/Twitter/Tiktok/Facebook/Threads

Job Purpose:

This role will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the Social Media platforms for accounts management.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work alongside Head of Social Media to create Content Calendar

  • Work alongside Head of Ambassadors to find, engage and recruit new affiliates and ambassadors

  • Create strategies on how to increase likes, engagement, and exposure on all social media platforms. Directly engage with customers by asking for their opinion and replying.

  • Create content to ensure 5 posts a week, 2 x still posts, 15 stories and 5 x reels on Instagram, twitter, Facebook and TikTok.

  • Respond to comments and engage with our audience on all platforms.

  • Communicate with any people we collaborate with to create content footage.

  • Run giveaways 1-2 a week and consider joint giveaways.

  • Be confident with TikTok and its features e.g. live

    At least 2-3 years experience in social media


  • Experience with using capcut or alternative editing software

    Competent using a camera

    Practical knowledge of IT packages e.g. office 365, Microsoft teams, excel, we transfer

    Ability to create a good plan and prioritise tasks

    Desirable

    Knowledge of CBD products

    Knowledge of TickTok features e.g. live and shop

    General knowledge of Meta Business Suite

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
