Full Job Description

Are you a golfer who is passionate about the sport? If so we would love to hear from you. www.18players.com is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join an ever-growing digital team working on a range of clients and their marketing plans within the golf industry.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Account Director Editor your focus will be to create and report on engaging social media posts across social channels including X, Facebook, Instragram, and Linkedin.

Most importantly - you must live and breathe golf.

Your responsibilities

  • To create social content for a diverse range of www.18players.com clients

  • To work closely with the Marketing Manager and Account Team to assist on reporting

  • To present all content on social channels in an engaging and entertianing fashion

  • To review performance of social posts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and report back to the marketing and account teams and the end client

  • To be responsive and engaging with our audience across all channels

  • To react to analytics reports efficiently.

  • To monitor activity of competitors.

  • To stay up-to-speed with all social media advancements and react and report back to the digital team as appropriate.

  • be flexible and able to work on a shift basis that differs from week to week and includes evenings and weekends.

  • to be adept a use of creative software such as photosho and other software within the Adobe Suite

  • be able to work to tight deadlines and targets.
