Small Works Manager

WFH/Visiting sites 40 hours a week - Full Time To support the delivery of small works to an individual value of circa £40k secured by MTFM forming part of the maintenance contract in a profitable and creditable way whilst endeavouring to exceed customer expectations. Work for this will involving supporting the delivery of small works up to around £40k in value secured by the MTFM forming part of the maintenance contract in a profitable and credible way whilst always aiming to exceed customer expecations. To work up to a demonstrable competency level of building services small works management. You will also keep close professional contact with clients to be able to monitor customer satisfaction. Furthermore to ensure the company Health & Safety policy is adhered to. Supervising a team of sub contractors, and small works supervisors, you will also manage the end to end process of small works awards both operationally and financially to ensure correct operation within budget. Prepare estimates and quotations with appropriate back up documentation in accordance with company procedures. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have Construction or Engineering Qualifications. Candidates who have an understanding of hard services/buildings and CDM knowledge. A Flexible approach to work as travel between the client sites will be required.
