Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading team in which you will be fully responsible for the delivery of security services and act as a key interface between OCS and our client. You will already be a successful FM professional and are likely to already hold IOSH qualification and will be fully SIA. You'll have with a strong track record of managing teams within the contract security sector. You will be dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer service and playing an integral role in generating future growth and development for both OCS and your own career.

You'll be managing the delivery of security services on a high-profile contract in LWH. Through your security team, you'll provide the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure that security services are delivered to the highest of standards and in line with our client's specifications. The service delivery of Security management including providing focus, direction, and leadership to ensure that the site meets or exceeds the service quality expectations of our customer. Working in close union with a sub-ordinate team of team leaders you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the security operations team ensuring recruitment, training and administration requirements are maintained to the required standard.
