Our Systems Application Engineering team consists of HR, Payroll, Financials and Procurement experts providing application and delivery support across Oracle e-Business and Cloud Fusion platforms.
As well as routine incident and problem management the teams undertake proactive monitoring and continuous improvement work and deliver significant system changes to the client base.

  • Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management / Financials to be able to credibly influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to effectively plan, prioritise and schedule.

  • Lead conversations and facilitate discussion to translate functional business requirements into technology solutions.

  • Experience of leading SME discussions effectively, empowering working groups and support teams.

  • Has managed, planned, coordinated and supervised activities related to the planning, scope/definition, design, development, testing, and implementation of on-prem EBS R12 and/or Cloud-based

  • enterprise systems and applications.

  • Is able to review larger solution designs across their technology or application stack to sense check design solutions.

  • Experience of creating specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes in support of clients.

  • Experience with process improvement (identification and solutions).

  • Strong self-sufficiency and initiative with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentational).

  • Demonstrable ownership of cross-team deliverables involving SME area.


  • In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
