- Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
- Develop instructional materials and courses, including e-learning, workshops, manuals, and simulations.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and make data-driven recommendations for future L&D strategies.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop training solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay current on L&D trends and technologies to make informed decisions about the adoption of new tools and practices.
- Improve and support the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Work closely with Data, Finance, Talent and People Operations teams
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing training and development programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and influence skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
