Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior ADM Technician to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts using a variety of rapid prototyping technologies. You will work closely with the ADM Team to create prototype parts for Wind Tunnel testing and the full-size race car.   • Operate and maintain 3D printers, and other rapid prototyping equipment.

  • Planning and Programming SLA builds

  • Collaborate with design engineers to produce RP parts for Wind Tunnel testing

  • Maintaining the workflow of the rapid prototyping department

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

  • Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as necessary

  • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements

  • Monitor and report on project progress, particularly related to RP builds

  • Work with design teams and engineers to determine material specifications and requirements

  • Mentoring Junior members of the Team

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery

    Extensive experience of working in an ADM department (Motorsports is preferable)

  • Extensive knowledge across multiple ADM technologies

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design engineers

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors.
