Full Job Description
- Ingress support and site perimeter patrolling
- Crowd management - resolving localised congestion, customer direction, ensuring customer welfare
- People management - policy enforcing - temporarily detaining guests prior to police handover, maintaining order, deter anti-social behaviour, apprehending guests/staff suspected of committing a crime
- Deliver approachable customer service and support
- Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour/take appropriate action
- Egress control
- Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols. Incident reporting and liaising with police as required
To be eligible for this position, you must have significant experience in event security and experience working as part of a Response Team. - SIA Door Supervision Licence
- Experience in de-escalating challenging and complex situations
- Commanding and confident individual, with previous experience working in live music event environments (venues and/or festivals)
- Knowledgeable as to best practice with regards to safeguarding vulnerable individuals and groups
- Proven to have strong leadership qualities
- Good understanding of crowd management operations
- L3 Certificate in Spectator Safety
