Full Job Description

The Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistant role will predominantly support our Food & Beverage team. It includes working in fast food restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks, a warehouse, a picnic parlour and a 450 seat street kitchen serving Indonesian inspired food, as well as the Oakfield, which is our award winning British gastro-pub. We are looking for people who are dynamic and flexible to work across these units. The roles include customer service, waiting on, food & drinks preparation, cash handling and ensuring our outlets are kept clean for our visitors. Additionally, as part of a 'One Team' approach, you may be required to support our wider teams to meet the needs of the business where necessary. This may include working in the main shop, pop up locations, the warehouse or fulfilling online shop orders.

  • Be passionate about excellent customer service and be a strong communicator.

  • Be confident, flexible and approachable with a "can do" attitude.

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment, as well as experience of cash handling and using EPOS systems would be advantageous.


  • Flexibility in these roles is key, so the successful candidates must be able to work up to 5 days out of 7 every week. This will include evenings until 10pm, weekends, mid-week and bank holidays as rostered, to cover all needs of the business.
