Full Job Description
- Facilitate daily stand-up, Sprint Planning and Retrospective reviews.
- Promotes, supports and trains the squad in the usage of agile principles.
- Enables the squads to resolve impediments and de-bottleneck challenges.
- Able to hold a mirror to the team to see where things could be improved.
- Manage programme delivery while ensuring transparent communications and reporting.
JLR have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master, ideally with an engineering background, to work in their industry leading Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) Team., A strong understanding of Agile methodologies - Experience in leading/managing a technical delivery team.
- A background in delivering engineering-based products.
- A resilient and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in Project / Programme Management, with track record of delivery.
- A high level of understanding of Agile and its principles.
- Experience in delivering a project in an engineering-based sector.
- Proactive and able to help to coach the squad to learn and improve.
- An enabler and facilitator, enabling the team to remove obstacles.
- Experience in using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
