Full Job Description

Entering customer orders onto the system
- Matching and checking orders
- Monitoring and managing email orders and enquiries
- Dealing with general enquiries and customer queries
- Administration support for the sales reps
- Inputting pricing
- Other office based duties as and when required

- Excellent attention to detail (Mandatory)
- A good team player and able to work as part of a team (Mandatory)
- GCSE's Grades A-C (Mandatory)
- Business Administration or similar further qualifications eg NVQ's or Diplomas (Desirable)
- Computer literate (Mandatory)
- Excellent time keeping and attendance (Mandatory)
- Self-motivated, possessing problem solving skills (Mandatory)
- The ability to achieve targets and timescales (Mandatory)
- Organised and methodical (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Previous sales order processing experience (Desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,200.00-£26,000.00 per year
