support a cause that matters to you. About you: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Internal Communications Lead. This dual role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can provide executive-level support to the SVP of Sales while also leading and managing internal communications strategies to the global Sales teams. You will possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and managing responses. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Create and distribute

  • internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Employee Success, Sales Enablement, Sales Incentives and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives and enhance company culture. Coordinate and support company events, town halls, and other internal functions. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team. Your skills and experiences might also include: Direct experience supporting a board-level leader within a global organisation within an EA capacity. Previous experience creating internal communication initiatives, ideally within a Sales organisation. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
