Full Job Description

+ To provide coordination and be an administrative focal point for the wood supply agreement with RWE. Working with the RWE Operations Manager to ensure the requirements of the contract are met within the designated time scales.
+ Provide administrative support and assistance to the Commercial Team in the North Region for the handling / management of waste into the regions various facilities.
+ To liaise with the regions customers to ensure that all existing contracts are actively maintained and kept up to date to support the business.
+ To respond to sales enquiries, complete quotations and set up accounts for all new, existing and potential customers, to include follow up to all active enquiries.
+ To assist the Commercial Team with the maintenance of pre-treatment declaration forms and resolve invoice queries with assistance of Business Managers.

+ Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and databases
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Administration experience

The role will be based from our offices in North Tyneside working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
