Retrofit Assessor

EEC is seeking a qualified and motivated Retrofit Assessor to play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance energy efficiency across the West Midlands. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments on residential properties, identifying opportunities for energy-saving improvements, and providing valuable insights to our clients.,

• Conduct comprehensive energy assessments on residential properties within the West Midlands.


• Identify energy-saving opportunities and evaluate their potential impact.


• Collaborate with clients to explain assessment findings and retrofit recommendations.


• Maintain accurate records of assessments, data, and recommendations.


• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to energy efficiency.


• Assist in the development of energy efficiency strategies and initiatives.


• Provide exceptional customer service and answer clients' questions regarding energy-saving measures.
  
  Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is mandatory.


• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles and retrofit measures.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently.


• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
