Resourcer (In House Recruitment Team)

We are looking for a highly motivated and IT-literate Candidate Resourcer to join our growing team in Salford Quays, Manchester. In this role, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by assisting in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top talent for our open positions.,

• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.


• Screen CV's and applications to identify candidates who meet the specific requirements of job openings.


• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and experience.


• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide candidates with interview preparation guidance.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.


• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates to create a strong talent pool.


• Utilise the full functionality of Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.


• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.


• Excellent IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.


• Proficient in using social media and online job boards for candidate sourcing.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
