- Arranging viewings
- Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
- Obtaining valuations
- Nurturing existing client relationships
- Generating new business
- Staying updated on local residential property market trends
Excellent communication skills for client interactions in person, over the phone, and via email - Friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Strong IT and administrative skills, Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships quickly
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Training provided for the in-house agency system
- Calm under pressure, proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Knowledge of the local area
- Valid driving license required, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- English (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
