Full Job Description

We are looking for an individual to join the Council's Investment Property team. Direct experience isn't essential, but you should be able to adapt to using software such as GIS and financial software (in our case Civica), as well as provide invaluable support to a team of chartered surveyors.
This will include updating and adding records to the property system, interrogation of electronic filing, provision of credit checks and supply of legal agreements from software or Land Registry, as well as collation of data for performance management.
In addition, you will be supported to take on the management of some of the smaller assets within the council's property portfolio, which include the letting of garages and small industrial units.
We are a small team and your role will be integral to its collective success. So, if you're looking to develop your administration and / technical skills within a dynamic environment then I would encourage you to apply for this position. Full support through any training that would be required to develop and improve your skills will be provided.
As an employer we like to thank our employees for their hard work and commitment by giving them the opportunity to access a range of employee benefits including;
o Flexible and hybrid working
o A minimum of 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
o Family friendly policies and access to an Employee Assistance Programme
