Full Job Description
- Supporting Tenants to achieve independence within a supported housing scheme by working closely with outside agencies.
- To ensure that Tenant's mental and physical health needs are being supported, keeping Tenants safe in their own environment.
- Complete statutory building safety checks and support the Team with accurate reporting of repairs.
- To work in a small team but with the capability of communicating well with internal departments, and outside agencies to deliver excellent holistic support for Tenants.

Do you have experience working in a mental health setting, or studying or wishing to further your career in Social Care?
