We are excited to announce a new position within our Business Change department, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Programme and Project Managers. This is an exciting new role which will support the Business Change department through a journey of digital transformation.

Joining YPO as our Programme Support Officer, you will be integral to the administrative operations of our Business Change team, assisting in the management of our diverse portfolio, programmes, and projects.

We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in supporting a project management function, to help us drive numerous business change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Project Managers to provide essential administrative support within the PMO.

You will be responsible for standardising project governance procedures to ensure consistency in ways of working, managing and maintaining the programme management logs, and assisting with resource planning across the wider portfolio. Additionally, you will offer comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Business Change and Business Intelligence during portfolio progress reviews.

· Experience and knowledge of Prince2 principles and methodologies

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High level of organisation and attention to detail

· Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and project planning tools
