End of tenancy cleaning is a specialised, rigorous cleaning service required by letting agencies and landlords to ensure properties are immaculate for new tenants. This goes beyond general domestic cleaning; it involves thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances, removing limescale, polishing bathrooms, and using carpet cleaning machines to address stains.

We offer flexible opportunities to suit various needs, including full-time, part-time, or additional jobs for those already employed with other cleaning companies.,

• Required Equipment: Carpet cleaning machine, vacuum cleaner, commercial-grade cleaning chemicals (e.g., oven cleaner, carpet cleaning powder, toilet descaler, acid). You will need to provide photos of your equipment before starting.
  
  Experience: Extensive experience in end of tenancy cleaning is mandatory. Experience in hotel or high-level cleaning is also relevant.


• Transportation: Access to a vehicle or a clear plan for transporting equipment between jobs.


• Employment Status: Must be self-employed or willing to register as self-employed., Must have a valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Own cleaning equipment.
Must be insured and registered as self-employed (responsible for tax filings).
Eligible to work in the UK
English speaking, Minimum of 2 years experience as a self-employed cleaner.
Ability to work independently and in adherence to brand values.
Willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.


• Per Job Pay: Earnings increase with the number of jobs completed.

Example of Pay Rates for End of Tenancy Cleaning:

• Studio: £75.00


• 1 Bed: £90.00


Additional rooms and services such as where properties are unusually dirty or where steam cleaning is required incur additional fees for the cleaner. Our competitive rates ensure that our cleaners earn on average no less than £15.00 per hour.

• Day shifts


• Monday to Friday
