Full Job Description

To work as an autonomous practitioner and maintain and prioritise own caseload Complete holistic and specialist assessments and create specialist rehabilitation plans To delegate treatment plans to unqualified staff inclusive of assistants and care support workers. To plan and organise clinical activity, with appropriate time scheduling in order to complete all clinical and administrative duties including statistical record keeping. To be responsible for the correct and safe use of the physical environment including equipment and to be responsible for the allocation of these resources. To contribute to the supervision of undergraduate therapists where placements within speciality areas have been designated as appropriate. To contribute towards the provision of flexible and timely services, ensuring that assessments and treatments are carried out in a timely fashion as per team operation guidelines. To work to the standards of the speciality area and to ensure that expert knowledge within
the speciality area is acquired through independent learning and collaboration during the working day with senior staff. To attend mandatory training and to adhere to all Trust policies and procedures as they pertain to personnel, health and safety, child / elder protection issues and continuing health care needs.
