Full Job Description

Redgate is looking for a PA to support our Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The CPO oversees the Product Management and Product Design teams (with 6 direct reports) and is a member of Redgate's Exec team. The purpose of the Product Management function is to manage and evolve Redgate's product portfolio so that Redgate can continue to deliver ingeniously simple products to our customers.

A Redgate PA's most important job is to make their Exec as effective and efficient as possible. You'll help to optimise their time through rigorous email and calendar management, as well as being responsible for planning and coordinating key meetings, tracking actions and capturing notes/minuting. You'll need to be fantastic at managing and prioritising your workload, and comfortable working with others to deliver key pieces of work to deadline.

You'll need to use your great communication and lateral thinking skills while working cross-collaboratively with the other PAs and their execs, as well as being a professional representative of the business while liaising with the CPO's external network of contacts. As the Product Management team works cross-divisionally (and is expanding), you'll need to be skilled at building relationships and keen to develop knowledge of the company and its business.

There will be some drafting of correspondence such as internal emails, blog posts and other material as required, so you'll need to be able to write clearly and concisely. You'll need to be confident taking ownership of the logistics and coordination of multiple onsite and offsite events, such as workshops, strategy planning and team kick-offs. You'll also manage some of the function's budgets and oversee the organisation of social events. There will be some international travel bookings for you to manage.

In addition to this, you'll be at the centre of the CPO's team supporting them with people management tasks and - most importantly - you'll act as a reliable sanity check and sounding board for ideas.

As well as working closely with the CPO, you'll be a member of Redgate's friendly, close-knit Business Support team, working collaboratively with other PAs and admins across the company to do what's best for Redgate and help maximise efficiency in all areas.
