Full Job Description

Based at our HQ in Darwen as a People Team Onboarding Co-Ordinator you'll you will be responsible for managing elements of the onboarding experience for newly acquired practices transitioning across to the Hakim Group
You'll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a part in our continued growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the people partners supporting them with all things people. This will involve.

  • Liaising with the Mergers & Acquisitions Team to ensure awareness of all upcoming acquisitions and creating an onboarding plan for them.

  • Ensure that all members of the People Team are briefed on upcoming acquisitions and share the onboarding timelines.

  • Ensure the correct collation of people data and update the corresponding systems

  • Collect all payroll data in a timely manner to allow for the payroll team to onboard and start processing payroll on our people systems.

    You'll be customer-focused with great communication skills. Having strong organisation and IT skills to be able to prioritise workload. You're someone who can work independently or as part of a team. Ideally, you'll have previous admin experience within a regulated environment.
