Parts & Showroom Executive

We are looking for an experienced Parts & Showroom Executive to join our expanding team.

The role will be split into three parts.

Firstly, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, ordering and chasing of replacement parts for various types of garden/grounds machinery. They will also process deliveries, handle servicing & repairs bookings and notify customers to collect.

Secondly, the chosen candidate will assist in the daily running of our showroom, which includes: selling products, processing purchases, moving stock and answering customer enquiries/providing options and advice.

Thirdly, to do collections/deliveries of customers machines they have bought or had serviced. Additionally after training going out to site to do robot mower installs for clients.

Reporting to the parts and showroom manager.

You are able to demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical machinery and have experience in a similar showroom environment (training will be given on our company processes and specific manufacturers).

You are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and are used to dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email.

You have excellent attention to detail and are able to manage your own workload in a busy environment without supervision.

You take pride in your work and aim to be the best. You are committed todriving the company forward.

(Owing to the nature of the work) you have no issues handling and moving large/heavy pieces of equipment as and when required.,

• Good knowledge of mechanical machinery (petrol/battery/electric)


• Experience of working in a similar environment


• Excellent communication & customer service skills


• Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team


• Fluent in English


• IT literate


• Full UK driving licence


• Willingness to work weekends and unsociable hours (as and when required)


• No criminal record (role is subject to a DBS check)


Desirable Requirements

• Experience working specifically with garden/grounds machinery


• A passion for garden maintenance, mechanics, engines or a similar industry


• Experience working with both commercial (B2C) and trade (B2B) customers/clients

Our workshop provides specialist servicing & repairs; dealing with prestigious brands such as Stihl, Husqvarna, Stiga, Cub Cadet, Hayter and many more.
