Full Job Description

As an Operations Manager your role will include:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office

  • Managing staff and resources effectively

  • Overseeing compliance, training, recruitment, financials and payroll

  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures

  • Look at ways to simplify things

  • Work closely with the senior management team

  • Assist the business development team

    Relevant management skills or qualifications

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Have a strong character and be a good communicator

  • Be a reflective leader

  • Want to develop their own style of management

  • Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Business Administration Manager to work in the adults care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and more complex care
