Hybrid Asset Solutions is a rapidly growing Facilities Management and Projects business, specialising in the Build to Rent Market our strategy is to grow into new markets and industries over the next 3 years. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the team and achieve our short and long-term goals.

At Hybrid we partner with Tier 1 operators in the BtR market, we excel in delivering top-tier Hard Services FM, including in-house M&E solutions and strategic partnerships for specialised services.

Responsibilities including but are not limited to;

1. Overseeing daily operations: This involves ensuring the efficient function of the business.

2. System and process review. Reviewing and improving the current systems and processes Hybrid work to and implementing cost effective solutions that will benefit our team and customers.

3. Subcontractor management: Coordinating with external subcontractors.

4. Health and safety compliance: Implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

5. Reporting key information to the Board of Directors on the daily operations of the business.

6. Stakeholder communication: Serving as a point of contact for customers, employees, and other stakeholders regarding facilities-related issues and ensuring timely and effective communication.

7. Performance monitoring and reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations, analysing data, and preparing reports for management on performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Developing our current team and implementing the People strategy

9. Recruitment: Identify and hire roles within the business that will provide Hybrid with the best talent available

3 years in an operations management role

5 years of facilities management experience

Degree or higher-level qualification,

  • Bachelor's (preferred), Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
