Full Job Description

Day-to-day duties:

Maintenance and control of client invoicing process

Carry out such administrative duties which may be assigned

Weekly/monthly management reporting

Profit Loss analysis

Improve utilization of the accounting system

Automation of accounting processes

Liaising with suppliers and dealing with queries

Managing employee expense claims

Apprentices are welcome, training is available however knowledge within this field is required.

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual, with excellent attention to detail to join our team. Who has excellent communication skills, speaks fluent English, and is professional and polite.

This role requires some background or interest in motor trade as well as good use of Excel and other Microsoft Office features. Our invoicing is carried out on Sage Line 50 and Quick-books but may change to another software, Drive and enthusiasm - a positive attitude and looking for genuine career progression

Experienced in performing accounting reconciliations

Conscientious with excellent attention to detail

Study support can be provided upon successful completion of probation

Motor trade company is looking to hire a permanent office admin staff and managers assistant.

This role will be responsible for many aspects of office and marketing duties. The role will be suited to a very hands-on manager and Assistant within a busy but varied motor trade Team. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progress internally to a management position within a couple of years.
