Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring the well-being and development of the children under your care. This is a full-time position., Provide high-quality childcare and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities and programs
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and rest time
- Monitor children's progress and development, keeping accurate records
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Lead a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery room
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Minimum of [X] years of experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for working with children,

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), Nursery: 1 year (preferred)


• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
