  • It also gives you the chance to work autonomously in a constantly evolving and dynamic environment, challenging and testing the business around the assumptions and costs proposed, ensuring they are robust, coherent and justifiable.

  • It can be stepping-stone to more senior technical leadership roles as bids are won and architectures and solutions progress through into development., We respect new perspectives and experiences, and we value our collaborative ways of working. We are committed to growing and supporting diversity in our workforce and ensuring everyone has equal opportunity to reach their potential.

  • We recognise that everyone is unique, and we encourage you to speak to us should you require any advice, support or adjustments throughout our recruitment process. We also welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements.

  • Strong Technical Project Management and facilitation skills in order to manage interdependencies and differing priorities and needs between multi-functional teams, resolving and diffusing arising conflicts and providing direction for inter-related issues.

  • Passionate about winning new business, willing to work under pressure to meet demanding bid timescales and to travel if required.

  • Good problem solving skills used in real time an in an ambiguous environment

  • Analytical Systems thinkers able to develop and communicate new concepts and architectures with prior experience of developing complex systems, ideally in a defence environment.
