Multi Skilled Trades Person

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will play a crucial role in the renovation, maintenance, and improvement to residential properties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled trades tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting repairs and renovations to residential properties, including plumbing, structural work, petition walls, Joinery, Dry walling, Window fitting, Roofing and overall maintenance .


• Installing and repairing fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed.


• Performing painting, tiling, and plastering work to maintain or enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.


• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (with professionals).


• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.


• Collaborating with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.


• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries from tenants or property owners.
  
  Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson, preferably in the residential property sector.


• Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing,Joinery, painting, structural work and general maintenance.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
