Full Job Description

We are opening a new mental health supporting living service in Nottingham and we are looking to recruit a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service and ensure a smooth transition for the individuals we support into their new home., Mental health support workers work closely alongside individuals living with mental health to help them cope more easily with day-to-day life as well as providing them with vital support in order to help them achieve their goals. From encouraging and supporting people with evening activities, to providing physical and emotional care, you will help the people we support to feel safe, secure, and well rested, ensuring they are prepared for the day ahead.

This service is located in the NG6 0 postcode and is made up ofself contained flats. We offer daily support to people with mental health conditions who may also have other needs for which we provide support, this includes, alcohol and drug misuse, mild learning disabilities and ASD. You may be required to assist with personal care.

Hours:

Full time hours only (39). Please only apply if you are available to work full time hours. Rolling rotas on a 3 weekly basis.

We are looking for somebody with experience working with complex behaviours and with experience in the health and social care field. You must also have exemplary communication, IT, written and verbal skills.
