Full Job Description

  • Greet patients and guests that enter the office

  • Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate

  • Schedule appointments and provide information about services

  • Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance benefits

  • Perform receptionist duties such as taking patient calls, answering emails, and providing information (e.g., schedule appointments, collect payments, verify insurance benefits)

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents

  • Assist with office operations as needed

    Previous experience in a medical office or other healthcare setting preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology (e.g., ICD-10) is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with EMR systems preferred but not required.

  • Proven customer support skills.

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
